Terms of Service

xAlgoExposed analyzes draft posts for X. It scores a draft against the publicly released X ranking algorithm source code, explains what helps or hurts it, and suggests changes. It can also research topics using web search and, if you connect your X account, help you publish posts you have written and approved.

It is not a guarantee of reach. Our score is a prediction. X's actual ranking depends on factors nobody outside X can see, including signal weights that were never published, live A/B tests, and who happens to be online. A high score does not guarantee a post performs well, and a low score does not guarantee it fails.

It is not affiliated with X. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to X Corp. Our analysis is based on publicly released source code and independent research.

It is not legal, financial, or professional advice. The assistant can search the web and make mistakes. Verify anything that matters before you publish it.

You need an account to use the analyzer. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You must be at least 18 years old.

You keep all rights to the drafts, posts, and files you put into the service. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you: sending them to the AI model that produces your analysis, and storing them so your history works.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

• You choose which permissions to grant, and you can revoke them at any time from your X account settings or from ours.
• We only read data belonging to your own account.
• We only publish content you wrote and approved in the app. We never post on your behalf without you taking an action.
• You remain responsible for everything published from your account, including posts drafted with our help.
• You must follow X's own Terms of Service and rules. Using our tool does not exempt you from them, and we will not help you do anything that violates them.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the law, or X's rules.
• Create spam, run coordinated inauthentic activity, or manipulate the platform.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Knowingly create misleading content presented as fact.
• Resell, redistribute, or scrape the service or the data it returns.
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

We can suspend or close an account that does these things, without notice if the situation calls for it.

Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects you.

The service is currently in an early access period. Features may change, break, or be removed while we build.

We do not promise the service will always be available or error free. We may change or discontinue features. If we plan to shut the service down entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your content.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost reach, lost followers, lost revenue, or the consequences of anything you chose to publish. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close your account if you break these terms. On closure, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.
